To drive the sustainable development of the Company, JA Solar has joined the "Forward Faster" initiative of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) and is committed to actively investing corporate resources in multiple aspects, such as climate action, gender equality, living wage security, finance and investment in sustainable development goals (SDGs). The Company has formulated a strategic target for sustainability that covers the entire value chain according to the content of the initiative. We have also developed a practical and efficient ESG action plan targeting key issues, so as to further achieve multi-dimensional goals, such as risk management and control, model innovation, and value creation.
Taking into account of importance, urgency, and feasibility, JA Solar has planned a phased and modular ESG action path, defined key milestones and outlined a blueprint for accelerating the creation of a greener, better, and sustainable future.
